Shipping policy

Orders will ship from Kingston, ON, Canada via Canada Post, UPS or FedEx.

Most orders ship 1-3 business days following the receipt of your confirmation.

Expedited (tracked) $15 flat rate shipping is offered on domestic orders.

Standard Lettermail Shipping within Canada is FREE on single items such as swim caps, toques, a pair or socks, etc. However, these packages can not be tracked - untracked packages are the customers responsibility once they have been shipped. The paid and tracked option is available for these items also.

Expected Shipping Times:

Expedited Shipping within Canada- 2 business days (Local), 3 business days (Provincal) 7-9+ business days (National)

Standard Lettermail Shipping within Canada 3 business days (Local), 5 business days (Provincal) 9+ business days (National)

Shipping to the USA 7-14 days

Customs and duty and tariff fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note these are suggested expected delivery times set out by our carriers which are subject to change depending on some more remote areas.

Since we ship all of our products from Kingston, Ontario Canada, orders can be delayed due to customs and national holidays. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS or FedEx. If you refuse any shipment from Runners' Choice, you are still responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes and customs charges. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Sales Taxes

Sales tax will be applied automatically during the checkout process to Canadian customers. Taxes are based on the Province/Territory where the items are being shipped. Customers outside of Canada are not charged taxes, but do bear the sole responsibility for any duties your local customs office may charge.

Tariffs: As of August 29, 2025, de minimis doesn't apply to shipments to the United States. Duties and import taxes apply to all US imports, regardless of the value of the shipment. Whether a tariff applies to your shipments is determined according to the product being imported and by the product's country or region of origin, not by the location of the seller.
