Tuesday Night Workouts – Venue Change

The Tuesday night workouts have now moved to Fort Henry.  Meet at the old info booth at the bottom of the Ft Henry hill (south side of hwy 2 opposite the new “dome”).  Be ready to run by 5:45pm.  This FREE workout is coached by store owner Al Cantlay and is open to anyone who is interested in building strength and speed.

Run Girl Run is back!

Our unique Run Girl Run clinic is back! This weekly workshop is perfect for women who want to get fit, live active, have fun, and run a 10 K road race. The flexible and custom-tailored program is designed to guide you from walking to running in a safe and fun environment. Your coach Claire Kilgallon will lead you through activities, drills, and stretches that will enable you to run farther, faster, and pain-free. Sessions are Wednesday nights at 6 PM. After eight weeks of training, you’ll be ready to take on the KRRA Anniversary Run 10K Road Race on Sunday, November 4th.

Registration is only $69.99 plus HST and includes a technical Run Girl Run t-shirt (a $34.99 value).
