Our staff are runners too! Some are highly competitive and some are recreational but we all share a love of getting out and moving! Currently we have two (fast) high school runners, one university student seeking to squeeze runs in amidst the studies, a recent university grad with a passion for LONG distance (we’re talking ultras!), and two (ahem) middle aged triathletes seeking to outrun the aging process. And of course, the fearless owner, Al Cantlay with a history of running success over several distances achieved by hours of hard work!
