ATTENTION: Tuesday Night Workouts moved back outdoors

Unfortunately, our series of indoor track workouts at the KMCAC has been postponed indefinitely. The group will now be meeting at Runners' Choice (260 Princess Street) on Tuesdays, with the workout commencing at its usual 5:45 pm start time. See you there!
