Tuesday workouts at Barriefield, Hundred-Dollar Days

The Tuesday night workouts are now being held in Barriefield (just east of the LaSalle Causeway). Meet us at 5:45 pm by the Fort Henry info booth just off Highway 2.

Anniversary Run registration now open!

The Anniversary Run is just around the corner! The race will be held at 1 o'clock on November 1st at the Landings. Come into the store to fill out a registration form, print off a form and mail it in, or register online.
